In the fight against relegation, Chapecoense lost against CRB 3-2, Tuesday evening (7), during the 35th day of Series B of the Brazilian Championship.
In a match played at the Rei Pelé stadium in Maceió, the local team won.
Chape equalized, but soon after CRB opened a two-goal lead. After 28 minutes of play in the second half, Marco Antônio conceded and gave the final figures of the match.
Hyuri and João Paulo, in the first half, and Léo Pereira, in the second, scored the winning goals. For Chapecoense, in addition to midfielder Marco Antônio, Bruno Leonardo scored the goals.
This victory leaves the CRB in tenth place with 53 points, six less than Sport, last ranked in G4. Chapecó’s team is falling further into the relegation zone. With this Tuesday’s stumble, Chape remains in 18th place with 33 points.
Next Saturday (11), at 5:00 p.m. (Brasília time), Chapecoense will host Botafogo-SP, at the Arena Condá, in Chapecó.
CRB will travel to Avaí, to the Estádio da Ressacada, in Florianópolis, on the same day and at the same time.
